FRIDAY 3RD - SUNDAY 5TH AUGUST FATHER’S HOUSE ANNUAL SUMMER GATHERING + ‘RUN 4 ISRAEL’ 8 KM The theme this year is found in the scripture in 1 Peter 1v13:- “Therefore prepare your minds for action; discipline yourselves; set all your hope on the grace that Yeshua will bring you when He is revealed”. We will be examining the rise in persecution of Jews and Christians around the world. We will be looking at ways in which we can prepare those who stand with the Jewish people and with persecuted Christians for the times to come. We will also be holding our ‘Run for Israel’ again which will be led by Helen Darnell of Fathers’ House and Matan Dansker ex IDF commander and we will be flying the Israeli flag over the mountains in Wales. If you can’t run, you can join the race at the finishing line and cheer the runners on, or you can walk with those of us who may not be able to run. BUT whatever you do showing support for those, who today are being persecuted for their faith, whether it be Jew or Christian is what matters. Children will love this weekend so if you are a family then this will be a great time for you. The full programme and booking forms are attached and I want to invite you to join us for this wonderful weekend which begins with a Shabbat meal on Friday 3rd and concludes with a celebration after the run on Sunday morning. I hope you can make it as this is a weekend packed with encouragement, Spiritual and Physical food and wonderful Worship and you will go away properly fed and with a vision to help support those who need our support more than ever.Downloadable leaflet at foot of page.
